Additionally, we use state-of-the-art applicant tracking systems to keep an updated list of all potential candidates and make relevant notes on their profiles that’ll help you determine for yourself if they’re a suitable candidate for the position you’re offering. 4. What types of candidate pre-screening techniques does your agency use?
Every candidate must undergo a pre-screening interview before they can move on to the next phase of the hiring process, which involves more in-depth interviews. We start by asking them probing questions to get to know their personality and work ethic as much as possible. This candidate assessment method allows us to gain an understanding of how well they’d fit into your company’s work culture and atmosphere while also helping us determine their level of skill and expertise in your field. After the pre-screening interview, they’ll move on to a second interview where these skills will be put to the test even further.
